I'd Rather Be a Friend than a Bully

Step One.
Take a smooth, clean piece of paper.

Step Two.
Crumple it. Stomp on it. Squish it. But don't rip it.

Step Three.
Open up your paper and see the damage you've done. Say you're sorry and try to smooth it out back to normal.

Can you do it? Nope. This is what bullying does to kids - it makes scars that can't be taken away.

Wouldn't you rather make friends?

This activity was taken from a New York Teacher, named Paula. I saw it on facebook and thought it was a good exercise.
