Is it a solid or a liquid? You decide!
You need:
1 cup of cornstarch
1/3 cup of water
1 shallow pan
some food colouring (optional)
Directions:
Put the cornstarch into the pan and slowly add the water. The mixture should be about the consistency of mayonnaise. Then play with it... go ahead, use your fingers. Move it around quickly, and the ooblik turns hard, but if you're patient and move the ooblik around slowly, it will be more like a liquid!
